To introduce the global design practices to the BRAC staff, I created a design hand book that adapts design principles for the organization's context and objectives. It describes how to go from empathizing about a problem to a high-fidelity solution.
I also co-created a series of failure reports that shared some of my team's challenging projects and our insights into what didn't work. |
