To assist banks and other FSPs in framing possibilities and challenges through three critical lenses—market viability, organizational viability, and customer desirability—the LBS lab uses the HCD approach. The Lab encourages the development of innovative financial products and services using customer-centric insights.
In order to apply these lessons to future lab cohorts, I conducted a post-mortem analysis of the Product Development Lab to determine what worked and what didn't at each level of the lab. The process was redesigned to improve timely product launches, along with various techniques for tracking product progress and choosing appropriate interventions as necessary. |
