Context

Design, iterating  prototype and capacity development
I was hired as a consultant by BRAC bank to design, develop and test the prototypes on previously identified problems of bank, through a 4-day course I developed specifically for their staff. After I guide participants to develop mid-fidelity prototypes, I lead them through an iterative testing process to refine and improve their solutions. The pilots are still ongoing.
