Over the last few years, I taught Human-Centered Design in many organizations. I am an expert facilitator in the HCD process to lead strategic planning, intervention design and innovation cycles across organizations. I use evidence-based and data-driven approaches to improve the design for products and services in a range of areas including health, education, finance, and social innovation.
